Concerning Our COVID-19 Measures

Our deepest condolences go out to all those affected by COVID-19. We are extremely grateful to health care and government workers whose tirelessly effects are preventing the spread of the virus.

Here at DICO, based in Shibuya Tokyo, we have been working to ensure that our staff and other associated parties, as well as family members, are safe and in good health during this pandemic. We are taking the following precautions to guarantee this:

・Enforced: 2020/4/8 (Wednesday)

・Details: We began remote work for our staff.

We now conduct our daily morning & afternoon meetings via video chat.

Daily task reports are sent to supervisors at the end of the working day.

Note: In cases in which going to the office is absolutely necessary for work, we ask staff members to commute during non-congested times.

・Period: This began when the state of emergency was declared and will continue until StayHome restrictions are lifted.

・Security: Staff access their computers in the office via remote desktop and VPNs, allowing them to work safely from home. Documents pertaining to private matters are also prohibited from leaving the office.

・Meeting deadlines: We are working as efficient as usual to deliver for deadlines.

・Healthcare: We are providing face masks for our staff and alcoholic hand sanitizers are set up around the office.

We apologize for any inconvenience we have may caused during this period and hope we can continue working with you.
